Theft Description

I parked my scooter in the Burney St car park in the motorcycle bay. I went sight-seeing in Greenwich about 12:30 that day, I came back to the car park at 1:30 to deliver a letter to the Post Office, at it was at that time, I noticed my scooter was missing from the bay. A witness outside the car park said that they saw two young men riding on a white scooter, riding dangerously out of the car park. My scooter was secured with a disc lock on the front brake wheel, and a chain through the back wheel, overlapping onto the seat of the bike, and it had the steering locked.
