CCTV footage 1 Footage at 5.11pm on Saturday 11 September 2021 shows 4 young men on foot and on bicycles in the car park/street area in front of my flat close to East Dulwich station. 2 of the men dressed in dark clothes approach my moped. One of them sits on the moped and uses his feet to force the handlebar, the other sits on the ground and uses his legs and feet to force the front wheel. They break the steering lock. They push the bike of its centre stand. One of them moves the moped a few metres but he drops it onto the side stand and they both run off. They come back a few minutes later and one of them steals it by wheeling it onto the street and out of camera shot. CCTV 2: CCTV footage from 5.11pm on Saturday 11 September shows 4 young men on foot and on bicycles at the end of Vale End. Around 5.15pm 2 of the men head into the car park area outside my flat. They then rush out of the car park area back onto Vale End. They head back into the car park area a few minutes later. After that one of them steals my moped by wheeling it out of the car park and down the street. At various points in the recording the 4 men look into the CCTV camera with their faces visible or partly visible.
