Was left in a roadside parking bay between 1pm and 2pm. The location is on Royal Oak Road, Bexleyheath, Kent, just round the corner from Natwest in the Broadway Shopping Centre. Was left unattended for no more than 45 mins and had Steering lock, immobiliser and alarm all activated.
