Stolen from Rye Lane, Pellon, Halifax Bike secured to a lamppost and covered. Large chain cut through and front disc cut to remove lock, Oxford rain cover taken with bike. Bike was last seen around midnight Sunday / Monday morning with no signs of tampering and was not there by 07:30 Monday.
