Police advised...local bike repair / sales shops advised.....local area shops trawled for cctv and/or witness etc. Reported FB and req. share. Requested traffic cameras viewings etc. Subsequently found in the grounds / bushes of a senior educational establishment where both the groundsmen and security had wondered for three weeks why there was a blue Vespa in the bushes !!!
