The theft took place on Monday 23/03/2020 at 3:25pm outside the shop pavement in Glendower Place, South Kensington London, SW73DR. They parked a white van to cover the front that opposite shop keepers should not see the theft. They broke the barrel and pushed the scooter with another red Vespa scooter with leg as seen in the picture. There were 4 people minimum involved in this theft as we can see in the video and pictures that they came on 2 bikes and 1 van. Anyone helps to retrieve the bike will get reward. Any further information and video clips can also be provided as it will help the police to cutdown the crime. Thanks Maz
