The Vespa was parked in a motorbike bay in Prested Rd on the side of Clapham Junction Station at 10.45am and was gone by 7pm. It had manufacturer blocker + steering lock and 2 safety locks, one red handle grip lock and one black alarmed back wheel lock. As there was no trace of the locks on the floor it is likely it was lifted and put on a van.
