Kymco Xciting 400i, Black, with Puig windshield. Back box frame held on with two silver metal restraints (was stolen with a black Givi backbox).Theft Description
White van pulled up, lifted the bike in the back, and left within one and a half minutes. Driver and passenger were wearing helmets. We have a photo of the side of the van.
