Believe they may have broken though a steel fence to climb down into the underground garage. Or waited for someone to open the shutters and gates with fob key. Once inside they can manually open the shutters via a box and the pedestrian gate was found broke at the rear of the apartment. The road down there is completely covered and out of view with only a few car dealerships at the top of it perfect for driving a van down. Ive spoke with members of dealership to check there CCTV to see if they could get a shot of anything suspect coming down that road In the early hours unfortunately there cameras are fake and a deterrent. They used some kind of tool/machinery as the steel bike rack was sliced through and an expensive road bike was also taken.
