Two youths arrived on a small capacity black motorcycle (Honda CB250/Suzuki GS250 or similar with square front headlight). Snapped the steering lock. One got on and the other dragged it/him using the motorbike they arrived on. Both had face covering/balaclavas. One with a grey hoodie, the other with a black hoodie. Both with tracksuit bottoms on.
