Stolen from secure car park, angle grinder used to cut bars to access car park. Angle grinder used to cut chain that anchored bike to anchor point in concrete floor. Steering lock broken. Pushed out of garage. 2 thieves on a moped, both slim build about 5' 8" - 5' 10", both worn all black, helmet, jacket & trousers. Reg of their moped is MR14 TTP .... it's a false plate, not known to DVLA and could be seen taped on. Have it all on video ..... but will that help ....... ?
