Bike Description
Grey/Black scooter, had just less than a year. No distinguishing marks. Did have chain and wheel lock on at the time of theft.Theft Description
This was parked in a bike rack at the back of the passport office. Two previous attempts to steal but lads got chased off by local builders. The scooter was chained up with wheel lock on and no sign of chain so we think it's been lifted into a van. No cctv available. Police no use nor ornament.
