Theft Description

I am delivery driver, when I was delivered food to 1, Edina place building Leith are of Edinburgh. flat was on third floor. When I came down to building my bike was not there. Its gone in only 1 minute. i check out many street but bike was not there. it should be pre planned. or someone should be follow me. its very hard situation to loose my bike. because i can not go for my work. why people are doing this?? if any one see red colour honda vision 110 on road contact me.
