I had parked and locked my bike around 2.30pm just outside KFC on uxbridge road in Ealing Broadway and entered a shop to buy house shopping and after i returned in 8 minutes time the bike had been stolen with my entire kit including a helmet, spare chain lock, gloves, etc.
