Theft Description

Motorcycle was parked on my driveway in Elm Road, New Malden (Kingston upon Thames borough). Our bedroom is right at the front of the drive. We got woken up by the sound of the front Oxford lock I put on my bike being cut, this happened between 4:00am and 4:10am. I looked out and saw two males, looked in their 20s, one of them caucasian, dressed in total black wearing balaklava and open face helmets on silver Vespa scooters, took off from front of our house towards Kingston Road. Potentially a third person but unsure of this. Our camera didn't pick anything up unfortunately. My partner dashed out and tried to chase them on foot but they were gone already.
