Stolen around 2200 on the 13/11/2017 outside redwood way in Kirkby two lads ragging it around caught 1 of them rang the police waited nearly an hour for them to show up and they never showed had to let go off the theif due to being with an oap as another 2 lads showed up and was looking at him funny so let the theif go for the safety of the oap but took his peddle bike to the police station as far as I am aware they destroyed the bike and never done anything about it from that day the bike was being raged around Kirkby for nearly a week and police did nothing
