3 lads wearing black, north face jackets black helmets, one with grey and yellow stripe, on bikes, cut lock off my bike from outside Bolton college with angle grinder and threatened a witness. Made off with bike. Later spotted in Farnworth area. Intel suggests may have been moved to Liverpool area.
