Local knowledge...plenty people prepared to grass these rats in Walton, Liverpool.They have multiple locations to hide bikes...mostly inside empty properties out of sight. Person got in touch with location and it was recovered after 6 weeks damaged repairable.The immobiliser beat them. Police have all the names.
