Taken from locked yard overnight, thieves have removed chains and clamp before tidying up and leaving. Suspected group of local teenagers responsible for at least 10 motorcycle thefts in last 2 years, evidence on hand but police won’t touch them due to age. UPDATE: spotted being ridden in the Accrington/Oswaltwistle area with license plate removed
