My name is Mr. Terry-King Emmanuel, I am at all time the rightful owner of a victory red motorcycle with registration number: LD16 AEN On 20th Sept 2018 at about 5:05pm, I parked my motorbike at the solo motorcycle designated bay at Surrey Quays shopping Centre, London SE16. Why I was at Boots Chemist waiting for my prescription, I received a missed call alert from Scorpio datatool Trackking company Upon my return to the bay at about 5:23pm, I discovered that my motorcycle has been stolen. I reported the incident immediately to the police and I was issued with the above crime reference. I called the trakker office and I was told that my motorcycle will be tracked and the police will be updated about the location. However, I checked my phone app to see the motorcycle location as I always do but unfortunately I do not have access to the location again. At this point I called the Scorpio office back to request for the information as I believe it is part of the contract that I would have access to know where my vehicle is at anytime from anywhere in the world. I was surprised when I was told that I would not be able to track my bike again. I pleaded with the staff and also reminded him that this is the key concept of paying for a tracker, in order for me to have access to such information as soon as possible but unfortunately I was denied access to this vital information. My bike is still at large and every effort to find it will be rewarded.
