Theft Description

Left in main car park in Salford royal.. a moped with two lads on, and a car parked Infront of it. The lads on the ped broke the steering lock and used a angle grinder from the car to cut through my Oxford heavy duty chain in less than a minute. Have the grinder pack and proceed to push my bike out with the aid of the moped
